Silicone baking paper utilizes a non-stick silicone coating, eliminating the need to cook or bake with oils or grease whilst providing a safe & easy way to stop food from sticking to baking trays or cake tins. The larger size is suitable for commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, pubs or other hospitality work areas. Safe to use in conventional ovens up to a temperature of 220°C & microwaves up to a temperature of 150 °C.
